108 Group Meeting 2026: Beskydy, prices and a reasonable amount of dancing
Once a year, the entire 108 team gets together in one place. This year it took us to the Beskydy Mountains - specifically Ondráš's yard - and we had a blast from Wednesday to Friday.
We came from all over
Unlike the usual meetings in the Prague office, this was a real group meeting. Colleagues came from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Romania. Beskydy is about the same distance from all of them - which was, let's say, a democratic decision.
Where we stand and where we are going
We started the first day with a company presentation. The most important things were on the table: how we are doing as a company, where we are heading and what progress we have made on our internal tools. Part of the presentation was also about AI - and how it's specifically changing the pace of our day-to-day work. Not in a theoretical sense. In the "we can do this faster now" level.
108 Awards
Then came the part everyone was quietly looking forward to. Every year we recognise colleagues who have done exceptional work in their areas. This year, the 108 Awards were given in the following categories:
🏆 Best Deal Maker - Jan Šála
🏆 Deal of the Year - Martin Musil
🏆 Top Cross-seller - Martina Nielsen
🏆 Rising Star - Miroslav Říha, Ármin Vongsanti
🏆 Support Excellence - Július Pataky
🏆 Team Spirit - Tomáš Kulacs
🏆 Client Excellence - Veronika Špaček-Škárková
🏆 Project of the Year - Petr Jílek
🏆 Multi-Talent - Adam Slezák
Congratulations to all the winners - well deserved.
Hike, wellness and one evening of dancing
108 Hike took us through the Beskydy landscape and upon our return, saunas, bathing barrels and a swimming pool awaited us. Let's just say we deserved the rest.
Evenings? Wine tasting the first day, free entertainment with a fair amount of dancing the second. On Thursday morning we headed back to our respective corners of Europe.
Why does it matter
These meetings aren't just about the agenda. They're about people from five countries meeting face to face, having fun together and reminding each other why it all makes sense. The result? A team that knows each other - and that's priceless at work.
Until next year.
